MTN Plus CZ s.r.o., with its registered office at Kaprova 14/13, Josefov, 110 00 Prague, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 237059/MSPH, processes, in the case of responding to an inquiry submitted via the contact form, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter also referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data: first name and surname, email and telephone.
Processing of personal data
is carried out by MTN Plus CZ s.r.o., i.e. the controller of personal data.
Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
- request the deletion of this personal data – however, this deletion will result in the termination of negotiations on the contract,
- in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
We use your personal data in most cases to fulfill the purpose of the contract concluded between you and us, to process a response to an inquiry submitted via the contact form, to inform you as customers through a newsletter, or to fulfill our legal obligations, especially accounting and tax obligations. Specific reasons for processing your personal data may also include:
- legitimate interests of the Controller; in such a case, based on legitimate interest, we process personal data mainly in the form of so-called cookies, to which you have given consent through your web browser, and our legitimate interests are also the legal basis for sending customer newsletters, which we may send to your email inbox after prior verification of your identity (email authenticity); at the same time, you are allowed to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time;
- your consent; if you have expressly given us such consent, we may, on its basis, send you commercial communications, while you are also allowed to withdraw your consent at any time;
- fulfillment of the controller’s legal obligations towards public authorities and offices. What personal data we collect,
- first name(s) and surname,
- email address,
- telephone number,
- personal data that the data subject fills in themselves in the text parts of contact forms (contract, web form).
The controller processes the respective personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship (for example, for the duration of order fulfillment) and also after its termination:
- for the period resulting from legal regulations applicable to the given relationship;
- for the entire period during which an outstanding claim of the Controller exists or may exist, which can be asserted against the data subject before a public authority.
Categories of recipients of personal data and transfer of personal data
Personal data will be made available only to the Controller, including relevant employees of the Controller who are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding this data, as well as regarding security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of this personal data. Personal data may be made available to entities other than those listed here only in cases where such disclosure is explicitly required by legal regulations.
The Controller will not transfer personal data to third countries or any international organization; however, it may use processors who will transfer personal data to other processors. These processors are:
